Lewis W. Jost has over 30 years of legal experience in all aspects of Houston business and real estate law.  He has successfully represented a wide range of clients including business owners, developers, buyers, sellers, lenders, commercial landlords, commercial tenants, homeowners, homeowners’ associations, and bankruptcy trustees in a wide range of transactions and disputes.  He has also successfully represented those diverse clients at every level of Texas civil trial court and appellate court.

Primary practice areas include real estate and commercial litigation. Representation of business clients at every level of trial court from Justice of the Peace to United States District Court. Extensive real estate practice representing clients with widely varied interests including homeowner’s associations, developers, commercial property landlords, etc.  Experience ranges from the drafting of simple leases to multi-party arbitration involving entire subdivisions.
